1. One registration is valid up to 2 papers.

2. Co-authors of a paper should also register to attend the conference.

3. Participants who have no accepted papers should also register to attend the conference.

4. All registrations associated with accepted papers should be made before June 12, 2026.

5. All accepted papers will appear in the conference proceeding with ISBN issued by IEEE if the payment has been made and at least one of authors will present the paper at the conference.

6. Accepted papers must be submited their camera-ready version in PDF format for proceedings.

The conditions to consider a discounted registration for Vietnamese authors/participants by our research-aid fund are as below:

a) IF First authors of the papers are affiliated in Vietnamese universities or research institutions, then any Vietnamese co-authors are affiliated in Vietnamese universities or research institutions are qualified to get supported. (Nếu bài báo có tác giả chính thuộc đại học/viện nghiên cứu của Việt nam, thì đồng tác giả người Việt nam đang làm việc cho đại học/viện nghiên cứu của Việt nam có thể yêu cầu nhận giảm giá phí đăng ký).

b) IF First authors of the papers are affiliated in oversea universities or oversea research institutions and completely registered with above rates, then any Vietnamese co-authors are affiliated in Vietnamese universities or research institutions are qualified to get supported. (Nếu bài báo có tác giả chính thuộc đại học/viện nghiên cứu của nước ngoài hoàn thành đăng ký, thì đồng tác giả  người Việt nam đang làm việc cho đại học/viện nghiên cứu của Việt nam có thể yêu cầu nhận giảm giá phí đăng ký).

1. Cancellation policy for registration:

a) Cancellation between before/on June 12 and June 25, 2026 is possible subject to an administration fee of USD 60.

b) Cancellation between June 26 and July 15, 2026, the cancellation is possible subject to an administration fee of 75% of the payment made.

c) Cancellation after July 15, 2026, no refund is possible.

2. Regular as well as student registrations include: coffee breaks, 01 USB proceedings, lunches, gala dinner and attending technical sessions.

3. Authors eligible for student registration should provide a valid student identity card or whatever certified evidence. Authors eligible for IEEE Members registration should provide a valid IEEE Member's ID.

4. All IEEE ICCE 2026 participants are kindly requested to have travel insurance when entering Vietnam.

5. Visas are generally required when entering Vietnam. Participants should check Embassy of Vietnam in their country to know if a visa is needed. Participants must hold visa for conference purpose.
